For all the qualities that the all powerful Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has why does he have to do such drama and PR exercise to acquire a Rambo personality.

Even if the events reported are true, I wonder what the Russian security agencies were doing trying to protect the Prime Minister and had to leave it to him to use a Tranquilliser REPEAT Tranquilliser gun to save a TV crew from a Siberian Tiger.

Pity the Tiger for coming up against a Prime Minister of a power country.
